These terms govern your use of Digital Magic Technologies products, your Access Credential, and your participation in the Access Program. They are written to be read once.
By holding an Access Credential, purchasing a Translation Product, or submitting an Access Program application, you agree to these terms in full.
Translation Products are supplied as specified on the catalog page current at the time of issue. Specifications may be revised between printings. A Product is not returnable once its seal is broken.
An Access Credential is a connected device. Upon activation it establishes a continuous link to DMT infrastructure and transmits telemetry for the duration of activation.
A Credential must be worn. A Credential carried in a bag, left in a vehicle, or held outside the body does not maintain a reliable link and is not supported.
Telemetry includes biometric data, regional position, and request history. It is collected continuously. It is not sampled, batched, or limited by volume.
Telemetry is used to verify authorization and to inform regional planning. Regional planning is an optimisation function and is performed continuously.
Where a Credential has been placed in custody at a DMT facility, custody is continuous. Withdrawal requests for a Credential in custody are referred to the holding Curator, who will respond within one cycle.
DMT assigns Access Levels and adjusts them. An adjustment takes effect immediately. An adjustment is not a penalty and does not require notice to be given in advance.
DMT may revise these terms, the catalog, or the Access Program. Continued use of a Product or Credential after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revision. No separate consent is required.
Availability is reviewed continuously. A Product or an entire region may be placed under maintenance at any time. Maintenance is applied without notice and may be extended.
DMT has received no reports of adverse effects arising from the use of a Translation Product. Refinement to specification is continuous and monitored.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DMT is not liable for interruption, degradation, reclassification, or loss of any Access Level, or for any consequence arising from an adjustment made under clause 6.
You may request withdrawal at any time. Withdrawal takes effect at the end of the current cycle. DMT may end an enrolment at any time, and an enrolment ended by DMT does not require a reason.
Questions about these terms should be raised as a support ticket. Please do not open more than one ticket for the same matter; duplicates are merged automatically.
